"I had a small business that delivered equipment, materials, & men all over the Midwest for 25 years. I had 5 trucks, often pulling a trailer, & 4 drivers in multiple states per week to multiple build sites. You could say I've spent an obscene amount of time with people from the insurance industry and from every angle you can imagine. Some good, some not. "We have been a customer for over 20 years. Houses, Cars, Life & Health We got a tremendously high quote to add another vehicle to our policy, so we looked for Car insurance elsewhere- and found a very reputable company offering a fair quote. We ended up moving all of our vehicles policies to the other company. We changed our policies the 9th of the month, this office, told us we would have a refund coming. The refund never came. After 10 days we called & inquired and they said they were sorry it had taken so long & the refund would be in the mail. This continued at day 20 & 30 At those times we asked that Bruce call us back, but the call never came. Now, at day 40 I call and not only is Bruce not available, but now they say we have no refund due. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 So, now I will be researching & reaching out to other insurance companies to get quotes on our home owners policies, life insurance policies, health insurance policies & our business insurance policies. I will be encouraging my 5 children & their families to change as well. Awful customer service. Not trustworthy people working in the office. Unethical business practices."

"Good luck getting an answer or call back from this office. Once you do get in touch with someone expect 1-2 weeks to get anything quoted or a new policy started. Everyone I spoke to was nice enough and treated me with respect but you can’t take that to the bank when starting a new business."
